Hilary Duff may have been in show business for a decade, but she's never gotten used to tangling with her fellow celebutantes.

"It's hard to find people who don't feel like they're in competition with you," she tells Allure in its May issue.

Hilary Duff Denies Lip-Synching

A video is circulating on the internet showing what appears to be Hilary Duff lip-synching during a concert in Mexico, however, her reps have dismissed the incident, saying that "faulty equipment" was to blame.

In a clip of the concert, Duff is seen bending over the mic and singing into it, but her voice can't be heard.

Duff's camp is hitting back at reports that the actress/singer was lip-synching, saying that Duff was relying on local sound equipment rather than her ... (read more)
