No, It's Hilary Duff!

Hilary Duff has come a long,
long way since the Lizzie
Maguire movie and is now a
fully-fledged recording
artist, Hollywood hottie and
all-round phenomenon –
particularly Stateside where
legions of fans copy her
every look and follow her
every move.
She now has three albums to
her name and was last heard
on Wake Up and the inventive
cover, Our Lips Are Sealed.
And this spring, her bid for
world domination continues
with the release of the
super-soar-away ballad Fly
from the super-hit Most
Wanted album.
It's classic cool pop:
driving piano, edgy guitars
and a big, big chorus where
Hilary entices you to
'forget about the reasons
why you can't in life' and
to 'open your wings and
fly'.
The teen superstar will be
